Delete your Captain Lotto account
Captain Lotto only has accounts for pools. If you’ve never started or joined a pool, there’s no account to delete — everything the app keeps is on your phone, and deleting the app removes it.
The quickest way — in the app
Open Captain Lotto and go to Settings → Your Data → Delete pool account. You’ll confirm with your Apple or Google sign-in, and it happens straight away.
What gets deleted
- You leave every pool. Pools you captain close for their crew.
- Your profile, and the encrypted names and legal names you gave each pool, are deleted from our server.
- Your sign-in account is deleted. On iPhone, Captain Lotto’s access to your Apple Account is revoked.
- Shares you already paid for in a draw stay in that draw’s record with your name removed, shown as “Former member”, so the rest of the crew’s split still adds up.
- Tickets, picks and settings on your phone aren’t touched by this; deleting the app (or Settings → Your Data → Clear all user data) removes them.
Can’t use the app?
iPhone
We deliberately never receive your name or email from Apple, so we can’t look up an account from a message. Install Captain Lotto (on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account) and use Settings → Your Data → Delete pool account; confirming with Apple finds your account and deletes it.
Android
Send us the request below. Use the Google account email you signed in to Captain Lotto with — that is the only way we can find your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
