Fix it on the review screen. Every field can be edited, and the corrected numbers are what get saved and checked. If you’ve turned on Improve scanning in Help, your correction is shared with us anonymously. The privacy policy explains exactly what that sends.

If a ticket won’t scan, try flat light and hold the phone straight on. You can always type the numbers in instead.

Open Settings › Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store or Google Play for anything you already own and turns it back on. Some payment methods take a few minutes to clear.

Restore is also how you move purchases to a new phone: sign in to the same store account, install Captain Lotto, and tap Restore Purchases.

Enter it at the bottom of Settings. Codes aren’t used up, so the same code works on your other devices, and Restore Purchases brings that access back after a reinstall.

Start a pool and invite your crew with a link. Everyone sees the same ledger of who chipped in, and members agree to the pool’s rules in the app. Captain Lotto never handles money; it just keeps an honest record. Treat the invite link like a password.

Purchases go through Apple and Google, so refunds do too: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in your Google Play order history. Please tell us too if something didn’t work. We’d rather fix it.

Your tickets, picks and settings live on your phone. Settings › Your Data lets you clear them, and deleting the app removes them.

You only have an account if you’ve started or joined a pool. To delete it, use Settings › Your Data › Delete pool account, or see Delete your account.
